If zero star was an option I would rate them zero. I booked it and it said two queen beds when we got there all the rooms are the same with two full beds. Parking is really far away, close to 2 miles and they don’t have a shuttle. Rooms are extremely small with tiny gross tubs and toilets. Just get a best western or other large brand.

Gran estadía en el Hotel. Incluye desayuno, bastante completo. Todo el día hay cafe, agua, y agua caliente. Toallas, sillas y sombrillas para cruzarte a la playa en cortesía. Genial!!! Las habitaciones super amplias, baño grande y limpio. Limpieza diaria. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas, y amables. La ubicación esta bastante bien, tiene muchas posibilidades de transportarte (transporte publico, el Trolley (que es gratis). Tiene un supermercado cercano, Starbucks. Gracias por todo!! Super opción de Hospedaje.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The building is very old and appears to be poorly maintained. The elevator is outdated, and the hallways were dirty and did not feel clean or welcoming. The guest room looked very different from the photos advertised online, which was extremely disappointing. The washroom was substandard—the sink was clogged, and the water did not drain properly. There was no room service during my stay, and the towels were rough and felt like pieces of coarse cloth rather than hotel-quality towels. The breakfast was well below expectations, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the bed because it did not appear to be properly cleaned. Another major issue was the lack of sound insulation. Traffic noise from the nearby roads came directly into the room throughout the night, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I chose this hotel based on the photos and description provided online, but the actual experience was completely different.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment top !! Face à la mer, près des lieux emblématiques de Miami Beach, transport en commun à proximité ainsi que plusieurs supérettes, chambre spacieuse avec balcon, prêt de tout le nécessaire pour la plage ( serviette, parasol, chaise et même jouet pour enfants), eau fraîche/café en libre service. Le seul point négatif est le petit déjeuner. Sincèrement basique de chez basique. Même pas un peu plus élaboré le dimanche pas d’œuf pas de jambon/ bacon/ saucisse et les horaires 8h-9h30 bof bof mais bon avec tous les autres points positifs on oublie.

The Lorraine Hotel is a bit older, but well-maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is a very short walk to the beach and the hotel has bag chairs, umbrellas, and towels available to borrow. Breakfast was available 8-9:30 each day. It wasn’t a huge selection (waffle maker, cereal, breads for toast, bagels, other assorted bakery items, yogurt, bananas, apples, and juice) plus coffee which was available all day. Our room had a small fridge and a microwave plus a large closet. There were only 3 hangers, but made a trip to Walmart and, along with lunch items & snacks, purchased inexpensive 18 pack of hangers that served our needs. Room was cool and comfortable which was nice since it was hot and humid. Elevator was small, but got the job done and stairs are available for those who prefer getting in extra steps. They do not have on site parking, but you can pay for valet parking at another hotel only 2-3 blocks away. Valets were available 24/7 so no issues getting car as often as needed. We would definitely stay there again!!

There is no parking; you need to find street parking that may be far from the property. The rooms are very dated and the tiny elevator is scary to use. The front desk staff are not helpful and you need to complete a self check-in. It is located only a couple minutes from the beach and they will lend you a beach chair and towel. Would not stay again.
