The Brickell and Downtown areas are also easily accessible, just 15-25 minutes away (depending on traffic), so you can enjoy the best of Miami's attractions. Miami Beach can be reached in about 20 minutes from the property with normal traffic conditions. Also very close to University of Miami and Florida International University.
Heated Saltwater Pool: Unwind in your own private oasis with a heated saltwater pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or a soothing soak under the sun. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and comes with comfortable loungers for two, and luxury outdoor seating arrangements. The pool will be heated at your request in advance for an extra daily charge.
Master Bedroom with Walk-In Closet: The expansive master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a 55" TV for your entertainment. It also includes a spacious built-in walk-in closet, private master ensuite bathroom with a relaxing tub, separate shower, double sinks, and a selection of luxury toiletries. Step onto the private balcony of the master bedroom for a nice view of the pool and patio area. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the serene atmosphere. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of its own, featuring memory foam mattresses, 800 thread count sheet sets, feather down duvets, high-quality linens, and private ensuite bathrooms with luxury toiletries.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and linens, including 100% two cotton towels per guest, luxurious hand soap and body lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash.

Cleanliness is our utmost priority. The property is thoroughly cleaned by professional crew, and it is inspected by the owner regularly to ensure a safe environment for our guests.
*****No parties or gatherings are allowed at any time, no exceptions. There are 2 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only to monitor the property 24-7. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and the guests. Security cameras can be located on the front of the property, and the patio/pool area. This is not a hotel. Please respect the property and the neighbors. No smoking or vaping inside the house****
***There is no lifeguard on duty at any time to supervise the pool. Swim at your own risk. Parents must supervise their kids at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety of their kids in the pool area. NO DIVING is permitted***
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property except for those spaces that are locked.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors with small children. It is meant for a relaxing enjoyment. No parties are allowed. No excessive noise is allowed. Maximum 6 guests strictly enforced.
