This unique apartment has an amazing open view, very luminous.



Has a great balcony with chairs that invites to enjoy your stay in Miami.

2 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a free-of-charge shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes.

Self parking and valet parking in the building.

Supermarket and other convenience stores at walking distance. Walmart crossing the street under the bridge.

Heated swimming-pool next to the channel. Exclusive view from the pool.

Valet parking service (separate payment)

Restaurant in the building.

Gym.

The apartment has a swimming pool next to the inter-coastal channel, which allows you to enjoy some of the most extraordinary Miami boats sailing through these waters.
You may also want to exercise at the gym, with a great view to the inter-coastal.

The building has a front desk 24/7. However our regular check-in time is from 4PM to 10PM.
If for any reason you need to check-in after 10PM you should contact us to coordinate the after check-in time in advance.
If you have an emergency between 10PM and 8AM, we will not be able to address to your message thru this communication channel. Please contact us via phone. Emergency number is available for Emergency purposes only. Otherwise and if not an emergency, feel free to leave us a message and it will be responded first thing in the morning.

In specific floors, you will find ice maker and vending machines.

Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING place. Smoking of all types of herbs, tobacco and also e-cigarette is prohibited.

We love animals, however, NO PETS are allowed in our establishment.

Please be respectful of our policies. The following fines may apply:

- Violation of the no smoking rule: USD 200.
- Violation of the no pets rule: USD 200
- Maximum number of people allowed: USD 200 per night.

Broken items:
We understand that sometime something may accidentally break, and this must be repaired so that the apartment is in condition for the next guest. We recommend that you report it immediately through this means, and they will be able to help you find a replacement. Otherwise, the broken item will be reported to Airbnb and Airbnb will poop to your account the "value of the item + shipping cost + service".

Hallandale Beach City is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood beaches.
This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami Beach. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches.
In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right accross the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!)

Close to US1, quick access to I-95 highway
10 min from Aventura Mall
5 min from Gulfstream Park (horse racing and casino)

All convenience stores and supermakets are walking distance (Publix, Win Dixie, Walmart) Target Supermarket and Whole Foods are 10 min drive.

You can easily access the building by car or by bus.

Our property has a Parking and Valet service (paid separately) You can also park for free in Walmart right in front of the BeachWalk building or in the public parking permitted areas in the street. “at your own risk”

Complimentary suttle service to/from the beach every 15 minutes up to 5PM. Beach is also 2 min walk.

Other shuttle services are available under additional payment, to/from: airports, Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlets, SoBe, Miami Design District and most common touristic areas.

BeachWalk bicycles are available for rent.
If you love to walk, there are nice sidewalks around the area. Beach is literally 2 minutes walk, but you can also take the complementary BeachWalk shuttle service to go to/return form the beach, availabke daily up to 5PM.
There are many restaurants walking distance, along with great variety of shops in the area.
Gulfstream Park, 5 min drive.
Aventura Mall 10 minutes drive.
Hollywood Beach Broadwalk 5 min drive, Sunny Isles 10 min drive, Bar Harbour Shops 20 min drive.

All our listings show pictures from the two existing orientation: some of our properties are facing North and some are facing South.
