Unprofessional Experience

Absolutely terrible experience! The host provided incorrect information about a crucial amenity before booking. Upon confirming with them just before arrival, it became clear that the apartment didn't meet our needs due to their mistake. They agreed to a full refund if we canceled, but it's been over a week and we've yet to receive it. To make matters worse, the host has stopped responding to messages, and VRBO's support has been unhelpful. Disappointing service all around.
