Broken Items:
We understand that accidents may happen. If something breaks, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will be detected after check-out, reported to the booking platform, and the charge applied to your account will include the value of the item + shipping cost + replacement service fee.
Apartment Features
Some apartments have vinyl wood flooring, ceramic tiles, or carpet, depending on availability.
All our units are very bright and feature reinforced hurricane-resistant windows.
All apartments have the same layout, square footage, and furnishings. Victoria Rentals reserves the right to assign a unit on a different floor or orientation than shown in the photos, depending on availability. However, the layout, size, and advertised amenities will not be altered.
Room Views
Please note that all units offer open views of the Intracoastal Canal and are located on the third floor or higher. Views may vary. Listing photos are for general reference only and show the two available view orientations: North and South.
General Condominium Rules
• The person checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
• Only guests registered in the reservation are allowed access to the apartment. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not permitted on the floors or inside the units. Food delivery and package couriers are also not allowed to access the apartments; guests must meet them in the condominium lobby.
• All guests over 14 years old must wear a Beachwalk wristband during their stay.
• Building and rooms are non-smoking.
Valet Parking (per night):
1–7 nights: $28 + tax
8–14 nights: $25 + tax
15–21 nights: $20 + tax
Over 21 nights: $15 + tax
Rates subject to change by the service provider.
Resort Fee:
Please note that Beachwalk Resort Condominium charges a daily resort fee for all units, payable directly at the condominium upon arrival. Rates are as follows:
• $30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
• $25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
• $20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
• $300 per month (30 days)
• Stays longer than 30 days: $300 + $10 per additional day
• Elevators are shared by guests and staff. Please be patient during peak hours, especially around check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out (10:00 AM).
• The maximum number of guests indicated in the listing is based on bed capacity. One-bedroom units for up to 4 guests include one king-size bed and a sofa in the living room. Please note that the sofa is suitable for two small children only, not adults. We recommend booking larger units if traveling with children over 8 years old.
• Miami’s climate is humid. Please do not leave doors or windows open at any time, as this may damage the air conditioning system and cause humidity buildup. The apartment must remain closed, and the air conditioning should stay on at all times. You may adjust the temperature using the thermostat inside the unit.
• Trash Disposal: Trash chutes are located on each floor next to the west elevators. Please do not leave trash in hallways or balconies.
Linens & Towels
All apartments are delivered clean and include:
• Bed linens
• 4 large towels
• 1 hand towel
• 2 face towels
• 1 bath mat
• 2 rolls of toilet paper
Please do not use linens to clean surfaces or remove makeup. Stained towels or sheets will be charged at the replacement value determined by our staff.
Please contact our team through the booking platform’s messaging system to arrange any of the following services (usually available same day until 5:00 PM or next day starting at 11:00 AM):
• Light cleaning with towel change: $40
• Towel replacement during stay: $20
• Bed linen change during stay: $25

Professional cleaning services are provided; however, any object inside the unit—whether left by a previous guest or belonging to the apartment—may pose an unintentional risk depending on the guest’s age, abilities, or condition.
Please notify us if anything needs to be repaired or removed during your stay, and we will do our best to address it within our capabilities. Victoria Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by objects or conditions not identified during cleaning or maintenance.
