Home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This home is not part of an association nor gated community complex - easy access entering and leaving house. As per county guidelines, guests are permitted 2 cars on premises.

Home is located 5-10 minutes from the Miami Metro Zoo, 10-20 minutes from nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas and malls . Enjoy a day near the neighborhood or venture off to the beach for a nice swim.
