Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on two different times in November 2025, the hotel manager is great, friendly and solves any doubt or problem you have 24/7. Stayed in two different rooms and they were exactly the same, same equipment and all. Everything worked fine and felt just like home, truly. Is close to everything you need. Will be staying here on my next vacation.

I truly love this beautiful place! Ben was excellent from check-in to checkout he made sure my stay was top tier. I loved the city view, my room was very very clean & smelled so refreshing even the housekeepers were so nice with great customer service. This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. Very Very VERY clean!! The rooms are immaculate it kind of gives a loft type of vibe and it's spacious as well. The owner and staff if very accommodating and welcoming i would definitely stay here EVERYTIME i come to miami! It was worth it!

As soon as I landed the front desk checked in with me to make sure I made it safely to the hotel. I was pleasantly impressed with location , inside of suite space was fairly large. This location sits perfectly between Fort Lauderdale airport and Miami airport. I can’t wait to go back!

Our room was huge and very nicely furnished. It comprised a queen bed, a loveseat, a kitchen area, a lovely bathroom, a dining area and a seating area. Our room had a large plate glass window across the whole width of the room with drapes that were electronically operated.The drapes were very effective blocking the ambient light at night. We were given a small fob when we checked in. It controlled accessing the building, operating the elevator, opening our room door and turning lights on and off. We felt very secure there. We travelled from Orlando to Aventura by Brighline. The hotel is a 5 minute or so Uber ride from the station. There’s a lovely bakery around the corner from the hotel, owned and run by a lovely husband and wife team. The food is yummy! We ate breakfast there every morning. Rather than stay in downtown Miami, I would prefer to stay at the Milan Aventura Hotel and take the 20 minute ride into Miami by Brightline. Ben who worked the front desk was very helpful. I cannot sing the praises of the hotel enough.

O hotel é novo, praticamente 3 meses e super bem localizado. quarto com quase 90 M2 e muito organizado. Perto de supermercado, Aventura Mall, restaurantes, praia etc. Staff super atenciosos e gentis. Voltaremos com certeza.
