Convenient location & comfortable

My family & I went to Miami for University of Miami Homecoming weekend, and this place was perfectly located. Close to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables & great Cuban restaurants. We stayed the weekend and would definitely come back. Annie was very accommodating with any questions & requests. Thank you again.

terrific host and superb location

We needed a place to stay for a few nights having flown in from out of state in order to get our son off to college. We came across Annie's rental and were immediately impressed by its location, being on a quiet side street but still close to a number of superb Cuban restaurants that we able to walk to within 10 minutes.The apartment was more than adequate, well appointed, with all you'll need for a pleasant stay in Coral Gables.The television only provided Netflix, but we spent very little time in the unit, enjoying all the area had to offer during our 4 night stay. Annie was always available for any questions and quick to respond regardless of time of day. Despite being a multiple occupancy dwelling, we never heard any sounds from our neighbors, either across the hall or upstairs.The unit is ideally located within a short distance from the airport and close to Calle Ocho where we spent the afternoon exploring and enjoying the Cuban vibes of Little Havana! We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay in Coral Gables.

Nice stay

Nice location, renovated space. Expect to park on street. There are multiple units by same owner, so discuss what unit and how many it sleeps ahead of time . Checkout is promptly at exact time

Short Weekend

Perfect location for our trip. Great restaurants within walking distance. Host was easy to communicate with and was there for any need we had. Would recommend highly.

Wonderful location!

This apartment was exactly what my friends and I needed for our weekend trip. There were enough places for us to sleep (with the most COMFORTABLE beds - like sleeping on a cloud), and the location was ideal for our visits to the University of Miami. Annie was excellent at answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this unit!

Exactly as stated - lovely! And perfectly situated!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. What a perfect location. And Annie set us up with everything we needed and was completely accessible and helpful whenever we needed any info or to answer any questions. The home manual binder was full of good information and how perfect to have books available to us on the coffee table with info about what to see in Miami area. Very nice to have access to use the laundry room just around the corner too. The furniture is pretty, the kitchen just right, the bedrooms perfect. I’m not used to a soft bed, but it didn’t end up bothering my back and I slept great each night so I have no complaints. The only negative is that we have to leave Miami to go home. Thank you Annie for everything! We hope to come back again!

Many thanks to Annie for sharing her homey and inviting feeling apt. Our weekend trip was challenged by the weather but the apt with all of the bonus amenities made it more relaxing!!! Cute apartment , comfortable beds , nice amenities like water, snacks, wine, toiletries Very convenient for University of Miami visits. Wish we found it freshman year instead of graduation !!
