Welcome to your ideal beach retreat! This charming unit features a spacious bedroom with 2 comfortable queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living room offers a full-size sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or families. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, utensils, and cookware, allowing you to easily prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

Step out onto the balcony, which faces the street and floods the space with natural light. It's a peaceful spot to relax with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine, all while taking in the surrounding view. For your convenience, we provide towels, linens, beach chairs, and an umbrella—everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.

Laundry facilities are just a few steps away from the unit, making it easy to take care of any laundry needs. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available in the building's lobby, as well as dedicated Wi-Fi access within the unit.

Other Things to Note

Fob Charges: A $30 non-refundable fee is required for every 2 adults, covering the cost of the fobs (electronic keys) used to access the common areas. This fee is payable directly to the management office upon arrival.

Package Handling: Any packages received during your stay will incur a $7 handling fee per package.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-ins are at 4PM until 9PM are free of charge. A late check-in will incur a fee, payable in cash at check-in.
Check-out time is 11 am. Late check-out charges may apply depending on availability. If your travel plans change, please notify us in advance to ensure a smooth process.

Great stay

We come to Hollywood Beach frequently and have stayed at many properties. This unit was great, very clean and pristine, located in a great location, deck has a nice inter-coastal view, great pool, workout area, etc. Gustavo was very responsive and easy to work with.
