super easy

The check-in was a breeze as you basically check-in to the hotel. The condo was very clean and nice. Marenas beach was excellent. The bar staff was awesome. Many restaurants in area. Il Mulino was exceptional. would stay here again.

An ok stay

The owner Zoya was very responsive and accommodating. The noise from the construction as well as the elevator was s bit too much, but we managed it. The condo could of have some necessities as salt/pepper and some more pots/pans when you travel with kids. Overall very nice pool/beach area and condo itself. Very friendly staff. Great location.

Gorgeous and fantastic host

The apartment is absolutely fantastic -- bigger than we expected and well-furnished, with a great view of the ocean and city on the balcony. The property itself has a wonderful heated outdoor pool, and you're literally a 20 second walk from the beach. Tons of restaurants nearby too. And Zoya, the host, is incredibly responsive. We got their early and needed some info to check out towels for the pool, and Zoya answered my e-mail in about 20 seconds. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Happy We Stumbled into It!

Unfamiliar with the area, we stumbled into this one. Happy we did! Marenas Resort is a well run property, and the apartment is most fine: comfortable and conveniently located near the elevators [which operate promptly and efficiently], and quiet. Can’t say we heard the elevators at all. Zoya, the apartment's owner, is very responsive! Yes, as the property description notes, there is a vacant lot next door and there was heavy earth-moving machinery operating, but there was hardly any real noise that reached inside the apartment! I was surprised, and then realized that the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and the windows are made of very thick glass … and they dampen the noise greatly. [Hard to know what things will be like as the construction progresses.] The beach is an easy, quick walk. [And, sure, one could hear the construction while outside, but it didn't interfere with enjoying the water and sand and sun.] The resort staff are thoroughly professional and courteous. Valet service quick. There are terrific [although a bit pricey] restaurants an easy walk away---and groceries and a CVS. My one ding is that Collins Avenue is very busy. I felt I little intimidated walking along it, although the sidewalks are fine and there are crosswalks and the lights and signals are well-designed. I grew accustomed. Driving to/from Miami was a bit slow-going, but certainly manageable. In sum: A fine and relaxing time in a tidy gem of a place.

Girls Getaway

My daughter and I had a lively time during a quick Girls Getaway. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and in a great spot in the resort. Even while it is close to the elevators we had no problems with excessive noise. The staff at Marenas is wonderful! From check in to dining suggestions to bar and restaurant service EVERYONE was helpful, kind and attentive. The beach is easy access with chairs and towels set up by staff for you. I’m unsure if umbrellas are available also because the weather made them unable to use if they were available. We did not have a car but Uber made transport for anything very accessible. The owner was wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here and book through this owner again!
