Important House Rules:

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No outside visitors are permitted without prior approval.

No marijuana/weed smoking anywhere on the property. Cigarette smoking is allowed outdoors only.

The pool is heated only in winter (Dec 21 - Mar 21) up to 84°F. This is a swimming pool, not a hot tub.

There are cats in the yard.

The gardener maintains the property on Mondays and Thursdays.

The pool is cleaned on Wednesdays.
