Perfect girls weekend

This was the perfect location for a relaxing girls weekend away! We were a group of moms needing a little R&R. The access to the beach and boardwalk was amazing, the patio was incredibly relaxing. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was stocked with everything you would need equipment wise to cook if needed! Easy uber access to South Beach and downtown Miami. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The view is stunning!! we had 6 people in our group, the place was perfect. The only issue (it's a big one) not enough pots and pans, we had to buy a cheese grater and skillet, the only size provided were small enough to grill one sandwich at a time. might want to look at this.

Super updated unit

Loved our stay at mid beach. The unit is totally updated. Communication was efficient and helpful. The unit was super clean. Patio for our unit was outstanding. We would stay here again. Cons were the frat boy party next door. We thought we’d miss that since we were in mid beach. Building security took care of things. The building itself was really outdated. We were also amused by the size of the auxiliary bedrooms. They were humorously tiny but they did have the correct beds in them as advertised.

Modern Unit with an amazing view. Small for 5 adults. Walls are thin… hear everything in next room. Intermittent WI Fi and poor cellular. Building hallway is freezing and each day there was a 45 minute wait for pool towels. Host was great with perfect communication throughout.

Great place on the beach

This condo has the most amazing views! The condo is clean, has plenty of towels and bedding, and it has super easy beach access! Beautiful pool and hot tub then you just go out the back gate directly to the beach. The only downside is you have to use their valet service for parking. It’s a pretty good deal for an amazing location and a beautiful beach.

We rented this unit for a family vacation. Easy check in. Enough space for everyone. Great supplies in kitchen. Well stocked bathrooms. Responsive to issue with primary shower. A vet lovely unit. Would revisit!

Good spot

Great location on the beach. Balcony was the standout and nice living space. Bedrooms a little small but workable. Management was very responsive. Overall a good experience.

Beautiful Condo, Janky Building

The condo has an amazing view and great balcony. Easily accommodated three couples. However, the building in general is extremely rundown, e.g. piece of paper taped to the wall to indicate room number.

Beautiful condo and views!

The condo was very nice and the views were breathtaking. Unfortunately The Alexander Hotel was very run down, and smelt heavily of cigarette smoke as did our condo. The pool and "cabanas" were absolutely disgusting and extremely dirty. Very disappointed in the hotel for how expensive our stay was.
