不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
There were so many issues with this booking. I called, texted, and emailed the host and never got a response. Had to go through customer support to get check in information, even customer support couldnt reach the host the 2 times they called. As soon as you walk into the studio, its immediately not what is shown in the pitures. Pictures need to be updated so people know what theyre booking. Upon entering, immediately noticed there's no stove to cook on which was never mentioned on listing. Pictures indicated a stove possibly on the other side of the fridge. Found a really old hot plate to cook on. I reserved the room for 6 people and never once did the host inform me that the room wasnt suited to my needs. There was no dish soap. Only one trash bag for an 8 day stay, several drawers were broken. Fridge was missing a shelf. There was just to many things wrong to be acceptable let alone happy with spending my money.
