Parts of the house were in need of wiping down. A late checkout option was offered but I was denied it. Thankful for the stay but will not be staying with a Roami property again.

6 Floral Designers stayed here for an event that was stressful and a lot of hard work. This home brought us all peace at the end of our hectic days.

This location is a 15-20 minute walk to some of the bars and restaurants and Wynwood and was a relatively safe walk over. The location provides quick highway access to the airport making trips easy to and from there. We also were able to get to attractions in South Beach and Downtown easily with paying an average of 15 for uber/lyft rides to those locations.The location itself was clean and if we did run into an issue, the email link provided by the host gave us a number to contact for any issues we could have on the trip.The neighborhood felt safe and has some restaurants and coffee shops around that were a quick 5-10 minute walk.

This place had enough number of bedrooms for our large group of 11 members. At first we were very happy with how spacious this was but later figured this needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. The stairs were pretty old and had some structural damage. The rooms on the lower level had a mould smell which is a serious health concern. We could not use one of the rooms. And the kitchen had some rotten wood hanging beside the range. It is probably too old and needs upkeep. It is at a great location though. It was convenient to stop at the house while we were going up and downs the city. The owner needs to take serious steps to eliminate mould and fix the stairs and floors from squeaking. In the living room we found dents on the floor which we avoided stepping on. They could certainly upgrade the really worn out utensils pans and pots in the kitchen. The large dining table was really useful. And the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and they had provided lots of towels. The bedrooms were large and spacious too. We did not use the backyard at all. The living room could use some more seating.
