"The lobby is beautiful and the property (amenities, pool, beach, etc) and rooms are all very clean and nice. The staff is also very helpful and friendly too. Great view of the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was clean, the staff was nice, close to the beach. Downside- the room came with only one wash cloth. I asked three times and never got one. I had to use a hair towel which worked but wasn’t ideal. Requested toilet paper as well and never got it had to go to the front desk for it. The pump for the body wash in the shower didn’t work. I had to remove the top and use it that way. Minor inconvenience but for the cost of the room they could do better. The electric went out twice while we were there only at this location so I’m not sure if they blew a fuse or what. We never did get an explanation. Crazy how hotels charge a 300$ deposit to protect their items but can’t provide the basics. Over all it was ok. "

"Close to the airport but quite a distance from the cruise terminal In addition to the distance be aware that the combination of traffic volume and extensive roadworks on the route to the terminal can create significant delays. In our case travel time was close to two hours. Plan accordingly. There is a shuttle company that serves the hotel with three time slots in addition to typical ride services. Fees to the cruise terminal range between 60 and 80 dollars (we were a party of five). In regard to the hotel, the staff was great. Very informative and welcoming. Dining options are limited at the hotel but there are delivery options available. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. There is a restaurant in the Embassy Suites which is an easy five minute walk. Kind of pricey but lots of options. The swimming pool is not heated so it is what my wife would call “refreshing”. Comfortable beds and relatively quiet so we had a nice pre and post cruise rest. Did not really meet Hyatt standards in my opinion but the place has potential. "

"The location is mostly industrial but if you’re looking for a place to stay over in transit, Kompose is a very good choice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and well kept. The cafe and bar are small but functional and the staff is great; important since there are not eateries nearby. The room was clean and in very good condition, albeit somewhat spartan. Could we please have a light on both sides of the bed? We would stay there again. "
