Pros: The location is great and close to the beach, lots of dining options and parks and also the highways. Cheapest parking garage is on 7th and Collins. The room is decent. Cons: Very old building Old room furniture Mattress and pillows not comfy The room was not clean and had roaches Communication via emails only so you have to wait a few minutes to get answers Room smelled a little moldy
