Girl’s Trip

This property was perfect for my 50th birthday celebration/ Girl’s Trip. The open space floor plan allowed all of us to be constantly connected and the spacious bathrooms were an added bonus for when preparing for a night out on the town. Oh, the covered patio area was a hit with everyone as well!!

This house is perfect for a work from home vacation or a family vacation. The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is close to grocery stores and restaurants. This house was very clean, and the owner was responsive to any requests and helpful with restaurant suggestions. This is an office on the first floor and my husband was able to work during our visit. There are also 3 full bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms.

Little Miami gem!

House was exactly as pictured. The house seems much larger than than you would think because of the lay out! Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms and a beautiful scenic backyard! Came with snacks and plenty of appliances! Accessible to the Falls mall and cute restaurants nearby. Neighborhood was cute went for a run and felt totally safe! Would rent every time I come to Miami!

For us this was evacuation from hurricane Ian campground. We haven’t explored neighborhood so I’m only going to review the host and the property. We are frequent guests in Miami and we know how difficult to find decent priced nice property that allows pets. This exceeded our expectations! My dogs get anxious around other dogs so having fenced private backyard and ability to walk dogs around the property without too much traffic and too many other dogs was delightful. Host - A+ Quick response. We opted for early check in which is 1pm. But because we drove from Tampa Bay 2am to avoid evacuation traffic we got as early as 10am and we were/are so grateful that we were given access to property before early check in. We were tired, hungry, sleepless and it was God sent host. We will be forever thankful for that! Property - A+ From updated interior to mini office. We are business owners so having WiFi, quite room for meetings and ability to handle normal day at the office in the middle of hurricane evacuation was a true miracle. We couldn’t figure out how to use printer, but it looked like it’s set up to use. Wow that was really nice addition! House has everything you need including coffee and “welcome wine”. Spacious, 3 bedroom. It was just 2 of us and 2 pets so we used little space, but seems like every room had nice details for the guests. I saw key to a neighborhood pool. We haven’t used it, but passed by while walking our dogs and it looked lovely place to let your kiddos play when you are in Miami. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us! Rita Johnson
