My stay here was a great experience. The host was very welcoming and communicated every step of the way. They even sent me a list things to do in the area.The property itself had a modem vibe and the view, my favorite part, was incredible. You see views of both the bay and the ocean and sunset views. Beware, it's on the 37th floor, so if you're afraid of heights, this may not be for you! The check-in process was simple and the valet service offered an easy text to pick up car option.Cons: there are longer wait times for the elevators during peak times (e.g., morning check-outs), there was no bed linen for the pullout bed, no soap in bathroom or kitchen and there was no caddy or place to put toiletries such as shampoo when showering.Overall, my experience was great and I'd stay here again if I revisit the city.
