Everything was fine. Cute place very well located. Manager quick response great. My only complaint was that there was no soap in the bathroom and the entrance gate needs rubber stoppers so that every time the gate is slammed it does not wake up the whole building. #6 is tight above the entrance gate.

Great location for a weekend in Coconut Grove. Parking was a plus. Everything was walkable and safe. Charming area with so many people out walking dogs and kids. Unit was fairly well equipped for 3-4 people. We had 1 adult and 2 teens on trip. It’s a great place to base out of. You won’t spend a lot of time sitting around the unit. Trundle/day bed had comfortable mattress on the top. Any issues were addressed immediately by owner. Would stay there again for sure.
