The property inside & out was very clean! The furnishing were just like the pictures. The pool & patio area was so great, we never went to the beach! Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to grocery stores & restaurants. Super home!!

Nice house, spacious and mostly clean. Though both showers had drainage issues, and kitchen items left something to be desired. Pool also seemed like it needed attention but was useable after cleaning.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious, and very nice, and we enjoyed spending time in the backyard during the evenings. The only issue we experienced was that while we were sitting outside one evening, we noticed the lights in the living room turning on and off by themselves. When I asked the host about it, they responded, “Welcome to Miami.” While it may be something they’re aware of, I believe this is information that should be disclosed to guests before booking the property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet location and clean house. Some of the electrical outlets were not working and the AC didn't work very well in the bedroom areas. I sent messages to the host that were never answered, including offering to take out the garbage as stated was required to ask where the bins were. On the first morning a county deputy knocked on the door trying to serve the owner with legal foreclosure papers. The house was ok but this felt a little sketchy to me and the deputy asked my name and wrote it down which was uncomfortable for me. I would not feel good about renting here again.

Staying at this home was an amazing experience. Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and prepared with great care. The furniture and amenities were top quality, the beds super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close to shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. Our host was wonderful—kind, responsive, and helpful. Communication was seamless, and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. We truly felt at home rather than just visiting. This was by far one of the most enjoyable and comfortable stays we’ve ever had. Both the property and the host exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!
