The property was really nice. Good amenities, clean, and really good location. The area where the house is located is transforming, so there's definitely a wide array of houses and socioeconomic backgrounds, but we never felt unsafe, we walked through the neighborhood, etc. And you can walk to downtown Coconut Grove in 8 minutes, there's a weekend farmer's market that's exceptional that's a 2 minute walk away, etc. Ultimately we would definitely stay here again and we're fairly discerning about properties and neighborhoods.

This was the perfect house for our family of 5 adults to use as a home base as we explored and enjoyed Miami. The house is beautifully decorated, well organized, clean, roomy, well stocked, ideally located, and highly functional. The bedrooms are private and very comfortable for adults. The open floor plan of the kitchen and family room allowed us all to enjoy the space at the same time. The backyard is both beautiful and functional with tree lights that add to the ambiance. We found the yard very relaxing, day and night, and used it every day. The house is walking distance to everything. We enjoyed walking to the bay to watch manatee and all of shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. The small local vegan/vegetarian market on Saturdays was a big hit with its diverse array of foods and goods for sale. We have many pictures of the local peacocks and often found ourselves walking with them in the neighborhood. The location is also convenient to downtown and many other activities. Also - David, the house manager, was stellar. He responded immediately to all questions and was tremendously helpful. We definitely look forward to returning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this house as I was traveling for work. To say that this is the ideal place to come home to after a long day of meetings is an understatement! I’ve never felt more comfortable while away from home. From the space, to the cleanliness, to the calm decor, to the bedrooms, I cannot appreciate it more! If only every business trip has me in a place like this from now on!

I enjoyed every minute of this stay with my family. Truly a 5-star experience from start to end. I wanted to explored Miami and this location was the perfect spot for it. The backyard is closed off with greenery and the trees make for a nice shaded area. The home was super clean and organized. The quality of the everything from the bed sheets and kitchen utensils were wonderful. Same quality that I have at home, linens, kitchen appliances, and down to the small details. They have a dinning table that turns into a pool table too, something I’ve never seen. Overall, a great time and we’ll definitely be back and will check out this company’s other homes. 10/10 recommended.
