"we booked a deluxe room with snacks, put in regular room, we had a 110, and 15 year old with us. Wecspent about $20 buying snacks. Had to ask 4 times before they sent someone to fix sink that would not drain. We had even been in the pool for several hours and sink wasn't looked at so it was a while. Staff was helpful and nice pool was great and it is very close to airport shuttle was very convenient"

"Great all around, valet was fast, they checked me in even though I was early. Location is the best on the beach… close to Ocean Dr."

"The upkeep of the property was pretty nonexistent once you left the lobby. I toured the property after check-in and each floor smelled of old water with fans to dry them out. The room had a musty mildew odor. The bathroom was clean and the fridge worked. The sight of bugs and dirt were around the window. The Lobby looked and smelled cleaned with their new overpriced store area. I was told before I booked when I called about the shuttle that it was $10 per person each way. When I got there, I was told it was $15 and it was only a one way. I wouldn't book here again but hey that's me. I travel frequently and if I didn't have my cleaning supplies or room spray, I would have left. It looked as if a camera was in the vent, but I couldn't tell but I did take a picture."

"Bathroom tile in room could use cleaning. Pool water did not look clean. 2 Beach chairs included were comfortable but you had to pay for the umbrella. Drinks were ok. Manager at nobu and ocean social was not polite."

"Hotel was nice. Roof pool was really nice. I went down to tell them my room phone wasn’t working. They sent someone up and he also went down to tell them it didn’t work. The lady at the desk asked me if I really needed it.. I would have 100% used room service to order stuff. I wasn’t fond of that but not the biggest problem to have. Also the remote didn’t work but they fixed that. I think the staff should check everything when someone checks out to make sure everything is operational for the next customer."
