"The room was spotless and the staff (there was only one when we checked in) was very efficient and the check-in process was seamless. We were allowed to go to the room as it was ready about 11 am. The hotel was very quiet. We were also thankful that there is a restaurant on the premises. Our flight was canceled we were happy to get a room at the hotel. Thanks to the Travelocity staff, you really came through for us. We appreciated it. "

"Great location on South Beach. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was clean but a bit on the small side as was the bathroom. Would definitely go for a larger unit if we stay again. Enjoyed the stay."
