Also, having a restaurant, bar and breakfast service was ideal as there was no need to hunt down food during a winter storm!

"Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If asked what type of room you would like, ask for a corner room-gorgeous, spacious, and a great view!
The only complaint we had was that there were not enough fruit and cereal options for breakfast. We also would have preferred whole milk options. A few additions to the morning menu would make this even better.
Parking took a minute to figure out but once you go in and out of the garage a couple of times it is easy to do.

"I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant, the valet were fantastic; so personable and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows so comfortable. I felt completely safe and cared for. I would highly recommend valet for parking; an additional expense but worth it. Beautiful hotel."

"Great spot for a family gathering. There are 20 steps to the 2nd floor that could be a challenge for some. There's a bedroom on the ground floor as well. The house next door is being rennovated, so street parking is currently at a premium. Room for two cars in alley in back of house. Plenty of K cups for early morning coffee. Walkable neighborhood with historic homes in South Park. More forks and spoons needed. Amazing kitchen, great gas stove. Comfortable rooms, bathrooms and greatnwater pressure. Would stay again when in Dayton. Thanks!"

"We were always greeted by Kelly at the front desk with a beautiful and welcoming smile. She always made sure we had what we needed. Our housekeeper on 3 was fantastic and our room was immaculate upon arrival. She made sure our room was stocked during our entire stay. Beautiful people and a beautiful property. Thank you! "
