“Staff very helpful”

“Great value. It’s an older place but well kept. Comfortable firm bed. Clean open pool. Free convenient parking. Friendly staff. The breakfast included makes this place overall a great deal. Areas that you could improve are softer thicker towels, more complementary soap, and whoever is the maintenance guy needs to stop being lazy and tape off areas before painting or using caulking (yes I notice those things because I do those things right when I do it). I would stay here again and would……

“Check in was very efficient! Facilities were clean and breakfast items were delicious!! The pillows and mattress were uncomfortable. Pillows are too small and soft. Mattress feels worn. (Even with “Topper”) The TV volume would not go below “10” setting. Only option is to “Mute” sound. Room assigned was not same as one described in reservation made. It did not include a kitchen!”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was better than I’d expected and very comfortable. Whenever I went out, I was so happy to come back and take shower in that huge bathroom then lay in that bed. And I was so happy to see I had a full kitchen in my room. So, whatever wasn’t at breakfast, I could easily make myself. The stuff was so patient when I had to replace my keys not once or twice, but three times. Not once with a complaint or show of annoyance, they were angels. Especially……

“Telephone system didn't work so you could call the desk. They only put 2 towels in a room for a family of 4, then said they ran out of towels when asked for additional. The carpet in the rooms was aborably dirty. When we spilt a little water from our cooler, we used a towel to clean it up. It came up black (not gray). We made everyone wear shoes all the time after that. The place seemed freshly painted. Staff was nice & pleasant. Pool was cloudy. You couldn't see your feet in 3 feet of……

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel this weekend! From the moment I arrived on Friday, I felt truly welcomed. The two young ladies at the front desk who checked me in were incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but they made such a great first impression and provided outstanding customer service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and everything I needed was available.……

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……
