“Met our needs.”

“Hotel was very clean, ac worked well. Beds were a little hard for our liking. Breakfast was ok with, muffins, toast, bagels, make your own waffles, juice & coffee. ”

“Very friendly staff and they let us setup telescope in the patio for lovely deep sky imaging.”

“I liked it was a lot to do in the hotel and you are not far from Traverse city downtown.”

“Loud party disrupted our sleep as late as (or early as) 3am. The $30 parking fee is a drag.”

“You couldn’t set the shower temp. It was either really hot or really cold. Plus the tub was dirty and had hair in it. The pillow cases had stains. The bed was hard as a rock. It took hours for the room to cool down. The thermostat must have been 50 years old. It would take us a few minutes of trying the keys to open the door every time. ”

“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in……
