「The property is everything you would expect for the price. It's well priced and OK location - staff are friendly and helpful. The TV in our room didn't work - it was promptly swapped out for another. Washing machine in guest laundry was not working - and didn't get fixed during our stay which was not so good. And complimemtary breakfast was minimalistic, but again for the room rate charged it's OK.」

「Renovated old town building of Grand Rapids. Nicely decorated room, with a good feel. More to see here than my short visit allowed. It is in downtown, so it's within walking distance of everything if you're ambitious enough to walk.」
