“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for……

“I understand this place works for someone looking to tightly budget in New York- and if you are not spending any amount of time in your room it works. But I think my limit is sharing 2 bathrooms between 20 rooms. Not something I want to experience again.”
