"The Israelite Church of God in Christ holy convocation to proclaim the "Lord's Passover". All went as planned. The wait for checking in was a bit long due to many people waiting to check in. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was very clean and nice view of the river. Check-in desk, slot machines, ATMs, and a bar can be seen as you come through the main entrance. The hotel has valet parking and bellhops. The parking garage is across the street should you want to park your vehicle. The hotel is very large with wide passageways leading to other parts of the hotel. I hope we book this hotel again."

"Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone, Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue. "

"I never checked in, and was being given the run around to cancel / reschedule.I booked the wrong dates and attempted to cancel the change it I kept being told they were able to do it. I need to go to Expedia and Expedia told me the hotel had to do it."
