"We had a layover in NY and the Hyatt was a perfect stop over. We trust the brand, chose the location for the easy connection to JFK and walkability to NY landmarks. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, definitely a plus when you arrive early from an overnight trip with child and packed with luggage."
