The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. "Lodge was very spacious with a huge veranda and amazing hot tub which was checked daily by staff. Lovely view over the lake. Staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some small maintenance which needs action eg stained side table, cupboard covering coming off but nothing major. Also the welcome pack did not meet 'luxury' standards eg no salt/pepper/oil, uht milk pods instead of fresh milk. Would definitely come back"

"Terrible property - due to stay here for 5 nights but posed such a health risk that we left immediately and checked in elsewhere at great expense. Sacks of rubbish left, outdoor dining area unusable, dangerous shower, bedroom fans covered in thick dust and mould. Is not as described - is a mid terraced property, not semi-detached as the pictures suggest. Neighbours garden full of trade waste and arguing with each other so would have been unpleasant to sit outside. Undesirable area. Do not stay...
