「Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. 」

「Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. 」

「I am afraid the experience was like 30 years ago. The rooms are clean but very dated. New bathroom though. Biggest issue was heating. We arrived at 3pm to a cold room. They had to change the heating timer for the whole hotel to warm our room … or so we were told. Later at 8-9 in the evening when we returned to our room the heating was already off again and the shower was Luke warm. The following morning was fine though. 」

「Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert...

「On the positive side, communication was excellent with quick replies via WhatsApp. The bed was very comfortable, the room (Parisian Garette) looked cosy, and the nearby café had friendly staff and nice cakes - pastries cold though. Unfortunately, there were many small issues that negatively affected the stay. The pizzeria, café, and spa are advertised as hotel facilities but are actually separate businesses, which feels misleading. The Wi-Fi was advertised as 25+ Mbps but only reached around...
