"Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable. Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day. In all, an excellent break. "

"The location of the property to what we wanted to do was excellent. Room was brilliant excellent hosts breakfast was hot and well presented. The owners couldn’t do enough for you. They took our cases to the room And brought them to our car. Would 100 per cent recommend this establishment."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "

However, we were woken at 6.30 am by what I think was a door banging in the wind which was frustrating as we had a long drive ahead of us. And no breakfast was offered at all due to corona virus rules but I understand that room service could be offered so I wonder whether a continental breakfast could be offered in the rooms? "Such a warm welcome from Jackie and Jill, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner and I was made to feel totally at home. Travelling solo for work I felt safe and looked after. I would not hesitate to highly recommend. "

"Came for a weekend away. This is our 5/6th time here. Our room was fresh and nice carpet's and well presented plus lovely shower. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We always go 2nd floor and Seaview. Just so lovely watching the world go by from the chair at the window. We always include a trip to the Italian restaurant at the same time. Will come again. Bonus onsite carparking. "
