"The AC in the room didn't work, and the public areas need cleaning. The room was decent."

"Overall the hotel was nice and I would stay again, however the pillows are really small. We had a king size bed and the pillows were barely the size of a standard pillow. The back of the bathroom door wasn't cleaned as they was something splashed across the back and it had some spots near the handle. The breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant."

"AC worked great, room and towels refreshed daily. Staff is friendly hotel is very clean. Breakfast isn’t a large selection but adequate for the price. Will stay here again. Only complaint is I have a room close to the elevator which is quite annoying but probably not something that can be avoided! Overall 10/10 stay."

"Unfriendly check-in staff. It was brought to my attention upon check-in that I owed extra money because we brought our two dogs. I made a comment that I wasn’t aware of this when I booked and the staff members stated it’s because I booked through a third-party like Expedia.. The room was adequate but nothing special. We were kept awake all night with the room above us banging on the floor all night and from outside with very noisy patrons coming and going all hours of the night. Our toilet was plugged when we got there and when I brought it to someone’s attention, they told me to use the plunger in the public restroom next to our room. Breakfast was nothing special at all. Would definitely not recommend a stay there"

"Check-in went smoothly, with friendly & efficient staff. The property looked new or newly renovated. It was well lit, bright, clean with well appointed, beautiful, spacious rooms. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty. The coffee was delicious! The staff at the front desk provided a coupon for a free appetizer at a restaurant I asked about ! 5 stars plus!!"
