Family Fun

We had a wonderful time in this spacious home. Loved the layout of the house, and the pool was perfect. I will definitely rent this home again on my next visit to Jacksonville.

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!

Great home with pool. Smelled like moth balls the first 2 days…which made our bedding smell also. But Overall, we enjoyed the property and safe neighborhood to welcome the arrival of my new grandson .

Really, really nice! Quite surprised at the spaciousness, the general accommodations, the amenities (soaps, shampoos, grill w/ full propane, pool toys, kitchenware, cooking supplies)! Very clever door lock system and password control. Cleanliness and orderliness were well above expectations!

Great stay in Middleburg.

The home was perfect for us traveling with our dogs. It was comfortable with plenty of space, and was well maintained. The fenced back yard and enclosed porch worked perfectly for our dogs. The neighborhood was great and the neighbors were very friendly. The local park was very nice and convenient to play Pickleball. The area had plenty of things to do within a short distance. Great nearby golf courses. The best dog park we have ever found is Poochie's Park. Our pups had the time of their lives! Our only minor suggestion is that the living room furniture was not the most comfortable for lounging, and the home could have been better stocked with essentials (paper products, trash bags/laundry, food storage containers). Overall great stay.

Quick Trip - big house - great yard

We loved our quick weekend away to Florida. The weather was great and we really enjoyed this house. It is really spacious - but the outside yard is very nice with the pool and also screened in patio. We will be back.
