"The management were excellent. The location is remote. The room is small & the bathroom smaller. The shower was less than 3’x3’. Very tight space. No breakfast but a nice setup for a shared kitchen area."

"My first room was in the Annex, and it smelled damp and moldy. I requested a room change and the gentleman in the front desk could not have been kinder or more obliging. He helped me take my baggage to the new room, which was lovely. He was friendly and took a personal interest in making me feel like a welcome guest."

"It wasn't clear to me upon booking that there are two separate buildings. The one where I stayed is a lovely old house, and very comfortable. However, the noise from traffic on the busy street made sleeping in past 6 am a challenge. The breakfast is a short walk up the hill to the main hotel property. Breakfast was wonderul."
