“Very clean and sufficient for my needs for a one night stop over. Single room. Some issues with a door to the bathroom, but problem resolved swiftly even late at night. Hong, the manager/owner? of the facility was very helpful and resolved the problem swiftly and with good natured manner. Would recommend to others, on the basis of the room I used.”

“The host was very kind and helpful. The room was small for three people, and hot. It was right on the road so we had to keep the window closed all night. Perhaps an upstairs room would be more comfortable. The stay was certainly fine, but quite simple/basic.”

Wife rang hotel today and person who answered automatically guessed what the issue was suggesting this is a very common issue with this hotel. He took the expedia booking number and apparently got it cancelled. “We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play.”

“Had a great stay here. Easy check in. Room was on the far side of the hotel so a few little stairs but that was fine. Room was as expected. A little dated but I've come to expect that. The swimming pool was great, good temperature. The sauna was also a lovely plus. There is a male one in the changing rooms and a female one in theirs respectively. It is ensuit. This room is on the 1st floor. The Kitshen is shared and is on another floor. There is double bed, so technically you can have 2 people sleeping on the same bed.
