“We had a lovely weekend stay at this inviting cozy cottage. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the views. The beach was perfect for wading and given more time I would have gone swimming. My husband enjoyed kayaking in the surrounding waters. The quiet island atmosphere was just what we wanted and we will return.”

“I booked this property for a birthday getaway. In decades of travel, I have never experienced anything like this. The house is in serious disrepair — broken and unstable columns, railings not secured to posts, trip hazards, visible mold, a filthy coffee maker, and a moldy shower. This property did not feel safe. We arrived at the agreed check-in time to find the owners still cleaning. They asked us to wait outside for an hour which ended up being 2 hours on a 90+ degree day with no water or……

“The only positive about this place in my opinion, is its location. The view looking AWAY from the house are wonderful. The house and property are old, dilapidated and not at all maintained. I did not expect it to be a perfect venue, but the photos posted by the property owner DO NOT represent the conditions in and around the house. Not only is in poor repair, it is not kept clean either. There was no trash can or trash bags inside. The trash can on the porch was full of garbage when we arrived.……

“Property is wonderful. It's a family home and they take excellent care of it. Be aware there are steep stairs to second floor, but deck and bay view sunsets are worth it. Bikes and kayaks are bonus.”

“House is as advertised. Fireplace was not functioning. Property manager entered the wrong code for our entry. I feel like the cleaning fee is a bit high. Setting is gorgeous! Fire pit needs clean out and the grill needs cleaning/refurbishingz”
