“Great for launching our fishing boat”

“Overall the property was very nice. But the cabin we stayed in had very small ants running around. Some of the staff was new and didn’t know some of the details, which is ok but you need to be patient.”

“The Captain's House is a great place for a family or a sailboat race crew. It has plenty of space, a nice kitchen, it's clean and well appointed, and Jason is very good to work with. We have stayed in Deltaville 7 times... the last 2 at Jason's place. It very fairly priced, and we will try to stay there again next year (Labor Day regatta) if it's available.”

“Most important thing for me when staying somewhere is it has to be clean, this place was spotless. Has all the appliances you will need and a ton of kitchen utensils. A short drive or walk for some really good eateries or some beautiful waterfront views. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any and everyone. Definitely 5stars.”

“The floors were dirty in the way that you couldn’t see dirt, but if you walked barefoot you could feel it was gritty and it made our feet dirty. One evening we looked out the window and a man was just outside changing the filter on the water filtration system. It was getting dark and it was alarming to see a strange man in the yard. There were cameras in the carport and on the back of the house that could presumably see through the windows of the house. This felt like a major lack of privacy.……

“The property was everything we wanted. It was very clean and comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The dock area was big and new. We caught our own crabs right from the dock and had a fresh crab boil for supper. Make sure you bring lights if you plan on using the dock at night. The stairs leading to dock are lit up but the dock is not. The covered deck was nice for early morning coffee and enjoying the outdoors in the midst of an afternoon shower. The tandem kayak was fun for my husband and……

“We had a wonderful stay at RivahMojo! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (screened porch, backyard and dock) with great views overlooking the water. It was a perfect place for hanging out but the location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Would definitely book again!”

“My wife and I wanted to explore the NN region and started with Urbanna at this lovely house. Urbanna is charming and the house has a secluded, yet connected feel to the town. The view in the listing is understated -- it is fabulous. The house was well set up for weekenders and I can't think of anything I would change. This was an October stay, so temps were perfect and humidity was low. We plan to come back if possible!”

“House is as advertised. Fireplace was not functioning. Property manager entered the wrong code for our entry. I feel like the cleaning fee is a bit high. Setting is gorgeous! Fire pit needs clean out and the grill needs cleaning/refurbishingz”
