"The flat was clean and all the fixtures were new. It is a bit small so I wouldn’t consider it suitable for more than two people max. Everything one needs to prep and cook meals was provided along with full size appliances. They also provided everything needed to make tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.

They offered no reason and they had not notified me of cancellation. I advised I'd travelled a long way to London and their only suggestion was a Travelodge by the nearby Tube station. Unprofessional and highly risky, particularly for solo travellers who may be vulnerable to exploitation in those situations!"
