"The location can't be beat- right on the river and walking distance to everything you could want. That being said, the accommodations were average- it gives the vibe of DIY. If you have reactive dogs (luckily we don't) i would suggest staying elsewhere- you can hear all the movements of your neighbors. But again, location was awesome."

We wanted to find an affordable place to sleep for the night so that we didn't have to drive home, and this was perfect. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of downtown. It was a little too chilly to head to the walking path by the river, but it was very close, and the river is lovely. I was worried about parking, but it wasn't too tough to find a spot either in front of the building or...

"This place had it all! The view, the comfortable bed, the central location downtown, the amenities, the big TV with all the streaming channels, and much more! No noises from neighbors or the street was an added bonus. Communication with the friendly host was quick and helpful. Definitely worth 5 stars!"

"Beautiful place,extremely clean and spacious for an apartment rental. 6 of us stayed for 4 nights,all good except for the noise from busy road /traffic light in front of house. the living room and second bedroom upstairs face the front so that was extremely noisy all night. Master bedroom was in back of house and was so peaceful,along with the back yard which was a bonus!! Will definitely return,it was a perfect location for our trip!"

"My teammates called it the treehouse! My only suggestion is a little more lightning near the hot tub. Otherwise it was a beautiful space that accommodated me and my teammates perfectly. I would maybe mention that there are pocket doors as I had no idea they were a thing until one of my teammates pointed it out. Otherwise it was clean. Host was very responsive. Rules and regulations were plainly laid out. Awesome stay. My teammates were happy with the choice."
