“The place was very clean everywhere. Breakfast was very nice. BUT, there are no USB ports in the rooms! I had to go down to the lobby to plug my phone in! This is VERY inconvenient for those of us who use a computer and are in Midland working. Also there aren't hair dryers in the rooms. First time I've ever encountered that! Might not matter to the men, but to us women with long hair...OMG! And last, there is no place in the lobby to buy any toiletries you might have forgotten to pack, much……

“The maintenance guy was laying in our bed with a beer when we walked in our room. He was watching TV. The desk clerk was great and gave us a different room. The maintenance guy argued he was not in our bed but we saw him. Reported to the manager on Monday AM. He said he would look into it. No compensation provided.”

“Shops nearby as well as the expressway. We were able to get a room opposite the expressway but we were close to the back exit and that door was slamming all morning long. Pets are also allowed that we heard barking dogs as well. The room was very comfortable. My only complaint is all the excess noise.”

“Perfect place for our 2 night stay!! Loved it! My adult daughter & I spent the weekend at this adorable, very clean, very welcoming home. Clara checked in with us shortly after we arrived, to see if we needed anything & was prompt in answering our questions. We attended a concert at Midland Center for the Arts on Friday. The next day we visited Dow Gardens then walked all over downtown (just a block away)and strolled the Tridge & the Pere Marquette Trail running along behind the house.. Had……

“This is a lovely place! Our room and the hotel are absolutely beautiful (the only thing was the desk our other room was broken). The hot tub could be much warmer. We will be back. ”

“Very surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Quite rare to find at a motel. Parking was right in front of our room, really liked the security cameras of the entire parking area as well. Check in was a breeze Room was quiet from any street traffic also”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”
