“Unfortunately the bed was covered in urine along with the sheets… the rest of the room was clean so strange that the sheets weren’t washed. Made for a pretty uncomfortable night. I had gotten in late but the host did offer a new room around three hours later.”

“Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. ”

“Much better than staying at a hotel! Very clean. Nice, cool room. Neighborhood looked sketchy, but once I arrived at my cabin, I had no concerns about the surrounding area. Seems centrally located. Not close to shopping as most shopping is on the east side of town. ”
