View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you.”

Fishing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon; meals on the large covered back porch—the perfect setting to have a relaxed and enjoyable time together with family and friends. “We had a great stay at the cottage. Quaint details, like the Craftsman style framing, made the house charming. The neighborhood is great - you can see downtown easily and can walk to the local coffee shop and the famous Tipton’s biscuits! The beds were comfortable, nice crisp sheets, and a full kitchen- you could stay a few nights or a week or a month and have all you need. ”
