"Immaculately clean, fresh smelling. Desk staff 3-11p was AMAZING. We couldn’t find parking, and she jumped in offered to move her own vehicle, as she was leaving soon. Breakfast was hot & fresh, good variety. Late checkout offered. Bed and bedding was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. One complaint- at 10am, housekeeping started banging on doors….Literally banging with an object, and yelling “Housekeeping!” obscenely loudly, door to door. Very annoying to guests not checking out. 100% recommend this hotel. "

"It was very nice until the power went out on the day of my wedding. My guests and myself had to get ready in the dark. The building looked very nice so it’s no reflex the facility but management was not good or accommodating"

"The room was clean, however the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice if they would spring for pillow top mattresses. The only real issue I have is when they start the cleaning early in the morning, the washing machine they use sends of a high pitched noise every 15 seconds. It’s located on the 1st floor but I could hear it in my room. It made it impossible to sleep. I spoke to a staff member who said that management is aware, but haven’t done anything about. Avoid rooms 209-213 if like to sleep past 7am."

"The place served our purposes and is very close to grocery stores, a Costco, and several restaurants. Property is an older home in an older but nice neighborhood. Home was mostly clean, but some of the soap dispensers were empty or almost empty. Carpet looked old and in need of cleaning. All bedrooms were upstairs and the stairs had several places where something poked up under the carpet - a little hard on bare feet. Also, my mom got a splinter when she rubbed her hand on the top banister. There is a small step outside the front door that is hard to see when exiting the house. All of us missed it at one point or another. Fortunately, no one fell or was injured. It would be helpful to have a rubber strip or bright tape placed on the step to make it more visible. "

"The staff are the sweetest!!! Any concern they had, they took care of. Breakfast and making your own waffles are yummy! The water pressure and the super hot water was wonderful!!!"
