Very nice place to stay

Great stay here. Not really a hotel but rather a mix between Airbnb and hotel. Still the service was very responsive on Whatsapp, and explanations on how to get to the appartment were crystal clear.

Odd place!

Strange place - like they converted an apartment into 3 hotel rooms. Building is poorly insulated so we could hear everything our neighbors and the people above us were saying/doing. Getting in the building was a bit of a challenge as well, there is no reception desk. Room was clean and small, it was fine.

Company sent my booking details to my phone before arrived. Easy simple instructions to get into apartment, perfect size for what I needed, was a shame that I couldn’t extend another day but company responded quickly, so plenty of time to find an alternative

För priset var boendet bra och motsvarade ens förväntningar. Låg lite ’gömt’ och man hade inte riktigt förväntat sig själva läget, men rummet i sig höll bra standard och kändes rent och fräscht. Minus för knapphändig instruktion vid utcheckning då det inte framgick tydligt hur man tog sig ut utan nyckel.

Prima kamers in een multi purpose gebouw. Het inchecken ging een beetje lastig want er was geen personeel. Instructies waren goed in het engels. Kamers waren netjes en een prima uitvalsbasis om naar de duomo en restaurants te gaan. Deze liggen op ongeveer 15-20 min. lopen

El acceso a la propiedad fue demasiado fastidioso, porque es self-service, enviaron via whatsapp, media hora antes de la hora del check-in, archivos con instrucciones de llegada. Si eres extranjero y no cuentas con servicio de celular, no recibes dicha informacion y no hay nadie que te atienda pues no hay una recepción. Todo es via whatsapp en donde una persona de forma remota te envía instrucciones de como accesar a tu cuarto y estacionamiento. No es un hotel, son habitaciones de un departamento acondicionadas. No estaban señalizadas. Había reservado el estacionamiento y me habían confirmado previamente 2 veces, pero no lo estuvo. Realmente un fastidio demostrar a la persona del whatsapp que se había reservado el espacio. Mientras estás mal estacionado afuera, recibes un archivo con instrucción de ingreso y debes buscar los controles remotos dentro de cajas con candados y contraseñas en un lugar sin señalizaciones para así ingresar el carro a la propiedad y luego al garage. El check-out también fue tumultuoso. El desayuno es fuera de la propiedad, como a una cuadra y media en un café bar. Si no tienes servicio de celular permanente y traes un carro, no recomiendo este lugar.

Sehr enges Zimmer, Dusche und Waschbecken sehr eng,Türe was halb kaputt, Matratze war schlimm, unter dem Bett waren haufen Stauraum, Das Licht im Zimmer war schlimm, Frühstück war angeblich inbegriffen. Aber was für ein Frühstück merkt man erst bei Ankunft. Man bekommt nur ein Gutschein, damit kann man sich beim Bäcker nebenan ein Kaffe und Stück Kuchen holen. Absurd sowas. Parkplatz um 30 Euro pro Tag (leider wurde mir vor der Buchung nichts mitgeteilt). Stattdessen sollten angeblich Hoteleigene Parkplätze vorhanden sein, stimmt aber nicht
