「The location is excellent. Room is very clean. Staff is super helpful! The bonus - They supply guests 4 bottles of water, two beers, two soda and some snack free of charge.」

「Location was what we needed.」

「We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.」

「The boss Leonardo is very kind, he even gave me his whatsapp and had a quick response when I need something. The location is good very near to Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone, and the room is clean. The public car park is close. In general I'm satisfied considering the price. 」

「The room is clean. Stefan is very nice & helpful. Close to train stations, so you can go anywhere !!! Next to hotel there’s a 24-hour deli for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & midnight snack if you like. I will have to go back there and stay again! The only thing is you should put big sign outside says Milano Dreams !」

「The property is located in a nice area, walking distance to shops and sites, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property without reservation.」

「There are no staff on site to let people in. The property relies on WhatsApp to communicate with registered guests. This is not an app widely used in the US so I was unsure of the legitimacy of the request at first. The digital keys were challenging to use, mostly because the names of the different doors was in italian and I wasn't sure which was which.」
