「I had an excellent stay here — truly a five‑star experience. The staff were warm and friendly, and everything from check‑in to check‑out was smooth and stress‑free. My room was spotless, quiet, and well‑equipped, which made it really easy to relax every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with quick access to all the main attractions and super convenient transportation options. I would absolutely stay here again. The only minor issue was the Wi‑Fi, which wasn’t very stable at times....

「The previous tenant smoked in the apartment and it smelled terrible. There was no blanket, only a top sheet. The QR code that was supposed to lead me to instructions did not work. I tried contacting the property management company through email every day, no response at all. I left two days early. I still have not heard from the management company. JOIVY is a JOKE. 」

「Place was tiny & smelled like smoke. AC didn’t work. Slanted ceiling & shower so small you have to crouch down. Left early.」
