Great location

Great communication with the property. Relatively spacious, amazing location, about 3 min walk to the Duomo. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired, but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay.

The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long

Too expensive for what it is….

Extremely noisy location (not for people to expect to go to bed before 10:30-11pm) Definitely needs renovation also deep cleaning session Mold in the shower and corners. Needs to be taken care of Yes location is great but since windows are not sound proof, it was really traumatizing for the kids at night as they couldn’t sleep and listening to music non stop so loud. Also curtains were in bad shape. Having said all that, communication with staff was easy and there were no issues with internet nor equipment available.

Great location, AC not working.

Great location. The flat was nicely renovated but the AC in the living room/extra bedroom didn’t work. We used it as a noisy fan to move air around and the kids slept with their headsets on. They had set up an extra fan in the room, and the cleaning staff were aware that AC hadn’t been working for some time. The small fan wasn’t enough to stay cool though. The breakfast wasn’t like the pictures indicate, but a set package with a simple sandwich and coffee at the closest café. The first day it took 30 min to get served (after everyone else coming in after us). It got better the other days, but the waitress was stressed out and didn’t speak English. She seamed to avoid us because of this. We had some trouble checking in because we hadn’t received the check in email. But the staff sorted it quickly. The communication was really good with a WhatsApp chat that was answered at any time. Also very nice with door codes. If the AC gets fixed, we would stay again.

Room was clean. There is no staff other than a front door security person during some hours. No amenities that I noticed. Location is great! Room was very very small. Lacking storage. Bed was comfortable. Toilet wouldn’t stop running water even when shut off. A couple snacks and drinks come with the room which is nice. Self serve to access the hotel lobby and room. One of the elevators was broken. Nice to have the luggage storage. Happy with the place and would likely stay again.

You can find better

Dusty floor extremely dirty bathroom clean ac no working no refund it was around 40 degrees in the room extremely hot. Did offer a new room but it was still extremely dusty and bed sheets were dirty had blood or dark brown stains on them.

Checkin process was daunting, a time consuming. I do not understand their requirement for all accounts personal data. Other than that, the room as ok but our view from the window was obstructed by construction scaffolding.

The room was a bit smelly and not maintained well . We were locked out of the appartement at night since there was no electricity in the reception so we had to wait more than an hour for someone passing by to open for us . The best thing about it is the location .

No AC, the voice and bad communication

AC was not working, tried to contact them but we were directed to AI WhatsApp, finally someone chatted with me but no solution, and we stayed for 3 nights without AC, the weather was hot. And the places were so crowded, because of the night club music it was hard to sleep, couldn’t open the windows as well, very bad choose.
