“Stephano was a wonderful, accommodating host who was a great communicator. The room was clean, and the bathroom with a balcony was very nice. The location of this hotel can't be beat- it's a very quick walk to a few metro trains and busses, and we were able to shop and find great food all within a block or two of the hotel. We would love to stay here again for a longer period of time next time we are in Milan!”

“First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out.
