Il n’y avait pas de buanderie tel que mentionné dans les inclusions de la réservation. Tout le reste était parfait et le personnel répond rapidement à nos questions. Chambre impeccable et très bien située, à deux pas de la Duomo.

Nice & clean but construction noise started at 6:30a - 7:00a every morning. So bad news for jet lag folks unless you are an early riser. The best part is location to shops, restaurants & the Duomo (sp?).

La habitación muy limpia, el colchón de la cama un poco duro a mi parecer y no hay elevador. La ubicación es perfecta porque todo queda cerca pero si eres de las personas que no pueden dormir con ruido entonces no te lo recomiendo ya que por estar tan céntrico siempre hay ruido e incluso por ahí pasa en las noches el transporte y gente trabajando desde temprano.

Great location, about a 5 min walk to the duomo and pretty central to a lot of the big attractions. The door to get into the hotel is not very obvious and it is locked outside of check in hours. Throughout most of the day there are streetcars running on the adjacent road that can be quite disruptive if you’re a light sleeper.

Rooms were excellent. A bit too warm so we turned radiators off. It’s winter so there was no need for ac. Bathroom lovely with a nice shower. Plenty of towels and toiletries were complimentary. Rooms cleaned on request and were spotless. Would definitely stay again.
