Id stay here again

Nice small hotel with excellent staff. Unfortunately, they're doing work on exterior of building and it blocked our window. Room was small, but had what we needed for a 2 night stay.

The ApartHotel bedroom was a lot smaller than what we had expected, the location was very good but it was very noisy at night. For me, this hotel didn't reflect the price.

Room is very small about3x4sqm basically you need stay on bed when u r back to your room. Photos presented are misleading: there’s no kitchen, and washing machine doesn’t work (don’t know how it works trying using google translate but still not working. Laundry is dirty. It’s hostel only see reception once during checkin then never saw anyone till checkout. Was promised room service on second day but never been serviced during my stay.

Don't go - horrible place - garbage cans view

The room was VERY small and view from window was garbage place. Requested a different room - but they didn't have. Checked out immediately without refund :-( and looked and went to another hotel. DON'T go to this hotel. Horrible place. Can't open window because of garbage and air-conditioning doesn't work as well.

The room was very clean and well appointed, except the shower drain was backed up and we had to skip our shower until housekeeping could come later to fix it. The room is much smaller than we expected. The check in person was great!!

Great experience & amazing value!

Great experience! The staff was very kind and accommodating. My flight arrived early and they kindly stored my luggage until my room was ready. Modern relatively new room. Perfect size for a couple, with a large bathroom. Very clean, with coffee machine, small fridge, small desk, flat screen tv, air conditioner. No view, so if that’s something important for you than this isn’t the place for you. But if great value for price, than this is. It’s perfectly located, a very short walk to the duomo area and shopping, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend it.

Room was very clean, cofre/tea/water available in the room. Bathroom good. Very kind people and excellent location. From my room I could hear traffic and feel when the tram was passing in the street. I went to do tourism and enjoyed the location.

Tolle Unterkunft in Top-Lage

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Top-Lage, die alles zu Fuß erreichbar macht. Das Hotel befindet sich im 1. Stock, und die Zimmer sind großzügig sowie modern eingerichtet, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. Allerdings gab es auch einige negative Punkte, die unseren Eindruck beeinträchtigt haben. Das Hotel war komplett eingerüstet wegen einer Baustelle, was das Tageslicht im Zimmer stark eingeschränkt hat. Offene Fenster waren aufgrund der Baustelle leider nicht möglich, was den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Zudem wurde im Vorfeld keine Kommunikation über die Baustelle geführt, was ich etwas enttäuschend fand. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass die Lage und die Zimmerqualität sehr gut sind, aber die Baustellensituation sollte bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden.

Einfache Unterkunft in der Innenstadt

Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut um eine Vorstellung an der Scala di Milano zu besuchen. Das Zimmer war in gutem Zustand. Das Haus wurde aber zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthaltes renoviert und war deshalb teilweise eine Baustelle. Darauf wurde im Vorhinein nicht hingewiesen. Immerhin hat sich die Unterkunft mit einer Gratis Flasche Prosecco für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt.

I felt unsafe (three men loitering outside my door, a second unsecure door onto a communal balcony straight into my bedroom, and large amounts of furniture being scraped about above my room) and left within 30 min of arriving. Expedia refused to refund on the basis that I had not complied with the cancellation policy. Expedia very obstructive notwithstanding I am a Gold Member. Do not stay here. It is horrible. (The staff were pleasant enough but the "hotel" really is grim/unsafe)
